My goal with every shoot is to bring out the natural connection you have with your partner and capture real, candid moments to remember forever through photos. Since each couple has a unique relationship, it’s important for me to understand your story and prepare in advance to create a comfortable environment for you two to be yourselves.

Setting intentions matters because the energy we all bring to the shoot will be reflected on to the photos. The key to getting the best shots is to be present with each other and enjoy this beautiful time together.

This is why my packages are centered around experiences. Let’s plan a date that you both enjoy and would genuinely be excited for! A trip to an old date spot? Going to a national park that you both have been dying to visit? It could be as simple as walking around a new city and just exploring, letting ourselves get lost and capturing those memories. It can be anything you two want it to be, and I’m here to support your vision all the way through!

Lastly, don’t worry so much about “looking perfect” and coming up with different poses. I always give direction + open-ended prompts, and make sure we get a well-rounded set of photos like landscapes and detail shots along with the portraits. I’ll periodically show you what we captured and ask for feedback to make sure we’re all happy with the results! Suggestions and ideas are always welcomed - regardless if I’m the one leading the shoot, it’ll always be a collaboration and maintaining open communication.
